You know that feeling you get when your taste buds are happy? That’s what happens to every person who stops by Amy's Cakes. Your custom pastries and cakes are baked fresh with the finest, most delicious ingredients. We produce our own Madagascar vanilla with imported vanilla beans as well as fresh in-season fruit for that in-between layer surprise!

All edible floral decorations are handmade by Amy! Choose from royal icing, gumpaste, fondant, buttercream, Italian cream or wafer paper (shown on left).

This cake is covered in fondant with fondant decorations and adorned with edible gumpaste flowers. Each white double layer tier is filled with raspberry compote with traditional buttercream and covered in a white chocolate ganache then a lush layer of vanilla fondant. All flowers are handmade on wire. This cake is comprised of a double layer of each: 4", 8", 14"
